For many years, I have curated and put together playlists that fit perfectly with specific moments. These moments, often simple and seemingly insignificant, can actually be the most memorable moments of our lives and, certainly, the ones we miss out on the most. In our busy lives, we tend to forget to stop and breathe. Often, we are too focused on deadlines, drama, and planning our future to take a pause and live in the simple moments; to truly cherish them. I am as guilty of this as most all of you are.
